Step 1 – Start with a PLAN
Whether you already have a website, or starting from scratch, we’ll help you create a plan. Our first goal is to identify your needs.
- What does your business or organization promote?
- Who is your clientele?
- Will you be selling products?
- Are you integrating with Social Media platforms?
These are just a few questions to get clarity to create the blueprint for moving forward.
Step 2 – Watch the PROGRESS
Once you supply us with all the information and content we need, we’ll take the reigns from here and get to work building your website to your specifications. Some clients have asked if we provide several mock-ups that they can pick from. The answer is no. We’ve found over the years that mock-ups consume a lot of time. Instead, we will design your website on our development server that you can view before we go “live”. Anything is changeable, but we’re pretty good at providing a website you’ll be quite happy with the first time around.
So what’s the TIME FRAME? Depending on the complexity of the website, approximately 2 weeks.
Step 3 – Now to PROMOTE it
Once you’re satisfied with the build, we’ll take it “live” and let Google and other search engines index it. There are MANY variables involved, but typically you should see your website show up in as little as a few weeks in the search engines. This is called “Organic Search.”
Some of our clients take it to the next level with “Paid Advertising.” Although your website will begin to get exposure through organic searches, paid advertising greatly increases the exposure. We have several monthly marketing plans available to suit your needs. We primarily focus on Facebook and Google advertising.
Step 4 – PRESERVING your website
After your website has been launched, we’ll continue to provide you with a full year of hosting and maintenance. We’ll ensure that your website remains fast, secure and optimized. We’ll handle all the technical details. After the first year, you’ll have the option to renew and maintain these benefits.
We’ll also provide you with customized video tutorials which will show you, step-by-step, how to edit your own website. Should you get busy, we can also make your changes for you. We have annual maintenance packages available, or can make the changes on an hourly charge.
